Can stages, crews or VIP sections compete?
+
Yes. Add up to four teams, say Main Stage vs Afro Stage, or GA vs VIP, and everyone picks one when they join. The live tally runs all night. Or leave teams off and the whole crowd shoots one roll.
What happens when every camera is taken?
+
Late arrivals wait in line and get straight in the moment you add more cameras, even halfway through the headline set.
Where do we put the QR code?
+
Anywhere the crowd stops: the wristband desk, the bars, the screens between sets, or a big sign by the stage. We give you printable signs, and the same code works for everyone.
Do guests need to download an app?
+
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the camera opens in their phone’s browser. They type their name and start shooting. No app store, no account, no password. It works on iPhone and Android.
How much does Roll Call cost?
+
Small events are free: up to 10 guests with 10 shots each. Bigger events are a one-off payment per event, never a subscription, priced by how many guests, how many shots each, how long the gallery is kept and whether it’s private. A 150-guest wedding with 24 shots each, kept private for a year, is $75.50. We price in GHS, NGN, USD, EUR, GBP, KES and ZAR.
When do the photos appear?
+
At the reveal time you pick: midnight, the next morning, or whenever you say so. Until then every photo stays sealed, like film waiting to be developed. Nobody sees a thing, not even the host. Then the whole night appears at once in one shared gallery.
Why limit how many photos each guest can take?
+
It’s what makes a disposable camera fun. With a fixed roll and no previews, guests stop scrolling through retakes and shoot the moments that matter. You choose the roll: 10, 15, 24 or 36 shots each.
