Tell your AI about the party. It sets up the cameras.
Set up Roll Call for our wedding on Saturday 12 December, 3pm to 11pm. About 150 guests, and keep the photos private.
Done. There's a draft for Maya & TheoGrace & MosesChioma & Tunde: Saturday 12 December, cameras open 15:00 to 23:00, 150 guests with 24 shots each, Bride and Groom teams, and a private gallery. The photos develop at midnight.
It needs a paid plan to go live. Once you've paid, I'll send you the QR code and table signs.

On claude.ai and the Claude desktop app. Works on every plan; on Free you can add one custom connector.
- Open Customize → Connectors, then press + Add → Add custom connector.

- Press Connect next to Roll Call, sign in with your email and press Allow.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it once for everyone under Organization settings → Connectors; then each person presses Connect.
ChatGPT
On chatgpt.com, with Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu. Adding your own connector uses Developer mode, which is in beta.
- Open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Back in Settings → Apps, press Create. Name it Roll Call, paste the address as the connector URL, and choose OAuth for authentication.
- Roll Call opens: sign in with your email and press Allow.
- In a chat, open + → Developer mode and pick Roll Call. Then just ask.
Claude Code
Anthropic’s coding assistant, in the terminal and the desktop app.
- Add Roll Call:
claude mcp add --transport http rollcall https://rollcall.events/mcp
- In Claude Code, run /mcp, choose rollcall and sign in. Then just ask.
Codex
OpenAI’s coding assistant, in the terminal.
- Add Roll Call:
codex mcp add rollcall --url https://rollcall.events/mcp
- Sign in. This opens Roll Call in your browser:
codex mcp login rollcall
- Start codex and just ask.
Gemini CLI
Google’s assistant in the terminal.
- Add Roll Call:
gemini mcp add --transport http rollcall https://rollcall.events/mcp
- Start gemini. The first time it uses Roll Call it opens your browser to sign in (or run /mcp auth rollcall). Then just ask.
Cursor
The AI code editor.
- Add Roll Call to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or a project’s .cursor/mcp.json):
{ "mcpServers": { "rollcall": { "url": "https://rollcall.events/mcp" } } } - In Cursor’s settings, find rollcall in the MCP list and press Connect to sign in. Then ask in the agent chat.
VS Code with GitHub Copilot
In Copilot Chat, in agent mode.
- Run MCP: Add Server from the Command Palette, choose HTTP, paste the address and name it rollcall. Or add it to .vscode/mcp.json:
{ "servers": { "rollcall": { "type": "http", "url": "https://rollcall.events/mcp" } } } - VS Code opens Roll Call to sign in the first time it starts the server. Then ask in agent mode.
Any other assistant
Anything that can add a remote MCP server (sometimes called a custom connector or integration).
- Add a remote MCP server with Roll Call’s address. It speaks Streamable HTTP.
- When it asks you to sign in, Roll Call opens: sign in with your email and press Allow. It finds the sign-in settings itself (OAuth).
Things you can say
- “Set up Roll Call for Tolu’s 30th on Friday, 8pm to 2am in Lagos. About 40 guests.”
- “How much would it be for 250 guests with 36 shots each, kept forever?”
- “Move our wedding to 4pm and add a third team called Family.”
- “Use this photo as the cover: (a link to the photo)”
- “How many guests have joined so far?”
- “Email the gallery link to my parents.”
What it can do
- Create events, and change the date, times, teams, how many guests and shots, and when the photos develop
- Set the cover photo from a link
- Publish free events straight away, and give you the payment link for paid ones
- Tell you how many guests have joined and how many shots they’ve taken
- Email invites to a private gallery, and apply an invite code
What it can’t do
- Pay for anything: payments are always a link you open yourself
- Delete events or photos, reveal the photos early, or make a private gallery public
- See your guests’ photos: none of its tools return them
- Change a live event’s times within a day of its camera opening (you can, in the dashboard), or the camera once it has opened (the name, venue and cover still can)
Disconnect it any time
