WedShoots, from the WeddingWire family, is a free app for collecting wedding photos into one album. Roll Call is a paid disposable camera for bigger events, free for small ones. They suit different weddings.

WedShoots says it’s free and unlimited. Roll Call prices here are for 24 shots each and a public gallery kept a year. Keeping it private adds $9. Up to 10 guests is free. Their prices as listed on 12 October 2026; they may have changed since.

When WedShoots is the better pick

  • Budget matters most and your guests are happy to install an app.
  • You want videos, likes and comments in a live album.

When Roll Call is the better pick

  • You don’t want to ask guests to install anything.
